Mindfulness: Managing stress and developing the right mindset are critical when it comes to making changes in your life. Through meditation and specific journaling prompts and mindset coaching, I support you during the journey of re-wiring your brain. Soon good habits feel natural, your body feels stronger, and you feel more like your self than you have in a long time.
Somatics is the “felt sense”, what our our body feels and knows. Through our work together an emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of that internal knowledge and paying attention to what your body is telling you. We will work to strengthen your awareness of your mindbody, as they aren’t separate.
